Did German the whole day.

Ernie and Co came round to work and Chump played with his little boy all afternoon. He doesn’t seem to mind dolls! But the one thing that is horrid about her is her selfishness: Mummy just asked her to clear the table and she didn’t!!! She should have done it even if she wasn’t asked, but she was asked and she didn’t. It’s not as if Ma doesn’t do things for her – she even gets up early to help her with revision!!

In the evening we saw 'Your Witness' – this time it was a discussion on censorship (like the one on God). It was terribly good and I am now entirely against censorship. There’s so many reasons against it I couldn’t even begin to write them all down.

I missed the final of the 'Rose de France' on the radio which I’m annoyed about, but they keep on mentioning 'Le Vent et La Jeunesse' by Les Troubadours so perhaps that's won. VERY dull compared to the Beach Boys and the Stones.
